YMCA announces new VP/Chief Development Officer

YMCA of Snohomish County has named Scott Sadler as its new vice president/chief development officer. In his new role, Sadler will direct and manage the financial development activities of the YMCA, including annual giving, capital and planned giving efforts, United Way, as well as oversight of other grant procurement activities. As a member of the Association staff leadership team, he will play a major role in setting the direction and monitoring the performance of the Association’s financial development efforts. Sadler has served the YMCA movement for more than 20 years as a branch executive director, district executive, and most recently director of financial development-Eastside for the YMCA of Greater Seattle’s $40 million capital campaign.
