Congressmen support trade expansion funding

Rep. Rick Larsen and Rep. Dave Reichert have sent a letter to House appropriators, along with 17 other members, requesting sufficient funding for the State Trade Expansion Program (STEP) in fiscal year 2017. A recently passed trade bill (the Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2015) included $30 million annually for STEP for each of the next five years.
