The beautiful, stylish exterior isn’t the only thing that looks good on the 2022 Infiniti QX60 AWD SENSORY luxury SUV.

Offered in four well-equipped grades: PURE, LUXE. SENSORY and executive-level AUTOGRAPH, the QX60 features three-row seating to transport up to seven adults in posh comfort.

“The 2022 Infiniti QX60 really does offer the best of all worlds,” said Jeff Pope, group vice president of Infiniti Americas. “Our all-new SUV is beautiful outside, its interior is serene and is full of technology that takes the stress out of driving, all of which allow its owners to conquer life in style.”

My tester was powered by a 3.5-liter, V6 engined paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission and intelligent all-wheel drive. A five-mode drive selector and idle stop/start system are standard. The combo delivers 295 horsepower, 270 lb-ft of torque, and miles per gallon fuel economy down the highway as estimated by the EPA.

QX60 SENSORY models with all-wheel drive can opt for a tow package that adds a tow receiver, wiring, and uprated transmission oil cooler that delivers a 6,000-pound braked towing capacity, a 2,500-pound increase over the standard 3,500-pound capacity.

Infiniti Intelligent All-Wheel Drive is available on all grades and is enhanced with a direct coupling engagement that seamlessly transfers up to 50% of its available power nearly instantly to the rear wheels for better traction.

Infiniti paid careful attention to ensure the driver and passengers in each row ride in the utmost comfort. All QX60’s feature heated, eight-way power-adjustable “zero gravity” front seats with power lumbar adjustment. The driver’s seat features dual occupant memory functionality linked with the outside mirrors. The second-row bench seat features 60/40-split fold and one-touch release for effortless third-row access, even when child safety seats occupy the second row.

SENSORY adds to that impressive menu with in-seat massagers for driver and front passenger, heated second-row seats (outboard positions), power-return for third-row seats, advanced climate control with Plasmacluster air purifier and filter, wireless smartphone charger, motion-activated power lift-gate, black open-pore ash wood trim, enhanced interior ambient lighting, illuminated kick plates, and Bose “Performance Series” audio with 17 speakers. An additional USB port is available in the third row, bringing the total throughout the cabin to seven.

Creature comforts include navigation with map care and premium traffic, wireless phone charging, WiFi hotspot, advanced tri-zone climate control, smart cruise control, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, rear door sunshades and more.

The QX60 exterior benefits from a “Glacier White” coat of enamel, 20-inch aluminum alloy wheels, power panoramic moonroof, and roof rails.

The safety suite makes it near impossible for the driver to make a mistake. Feature include predictive forward collision warning, forward emergency braking, lane departure warning and prevention, blind spot warning and prevention, around-view monitor, rear automatic braking, and rear cross-traffic alert, to name a few.
