Wes Weddell Band: An award-winning Americana singer-songwriter, Weddell built a regional following while a student at the University of Washington by chronicling local communities in song. A Celtic Celebration: The Northwest Junior Pipe Band will perform 7 p.m. May 2 at the Edmonds Center for the Arts, 401 Fourth Ave. N., Edmonds.
