Beach Boys, Al Green play Tulalip

Al Green, the Beach Boys and Gary Allan are among the six acts that will headline the Tulalip Amphitheatre for Tulalip Resort Casino’s summer concert series.

Unless otherwise noted, seats for the shows range from $40 to $60 before service fees and will go on sale May 15 at www.ticketmaster.com or by calling 800-745-3000.

The full lineup includes:

Gary Allan, July 9: The California honky tonk star hit big with songs such as “Nothing on But the Radio” and “Life Ain’t Always Beautiful.”

Jonny Lang, July 16: The blues guitar prodigy released his first album as a teenager and won his first Grammy by age 25. Now 28, he’s best known for tracks such as “Lie to Me.”

Spike and the Impalers, July 24, $20 to $35: Spike O’Neill of Seattle classic rock station KZOK fronts this cover band, which also features radio host Bob Rivers (“The Bob Rivers Show”) on keyboards.

The Beach Boys, Aug. 9: Although Brian Wilson has gone solo, Mike Love continues to lead the Beach Boys on its tours, singing sunny summertime hits.

Al Green, Aug. 27: Green is best known for his 1970s soul hits, including “Let’s Stay Together,” which he sang with Justin Timberlake at this year’s Grammy Awards.

The Doobie Brothers, Sept. 2: Another act big in the 1970s, the Doobie Brothers scored pop hits with”Black Water” and “Listen to the Music.”
