Sample Japanese food, enjoy a concert and take part in a traditional tea ceremony at Everett Community College’s Nippon Business Institute Community Network on Saturday.
The public is invited to celebrate the Year of the Tiger on Saturday at the institute, 905 Wetmore Ave., Everett.
Activities, all free, will begin with a potluck lunch at noon, followed by a choral performance of Japanese songs and a coming-of-age ceremony for people turning 20 years old at 1 p.m. followed by a tea ceremony at 1:30 p.m.
