Carl Gipson Senior Center: 3025 Lombard Ave., Everett. Dance to live music from 1 to 3 p.m. the second and fourth Saturdays of the month, except November and December. Cost is $5.

Edmonds Senior Center: Fling Dance with live bands, 1 to 3 p.m. Fridays at Edmonds Senior Center, 220 Railroad Ave. Cost is $4 and includes coffee and snacks. No partner necessary. Easy beginning line dance class Mondays at 3:30 p.m. for $4 a person and dance sampler class Tuesdays at 1:30 p.m. for $5 a person. Class includes foxtrot, swing and waltz instruction. Freewheelers Square Dance Club: Mountlake Terrace Community Senior Center, 23000 Lakeview Drive. Dances are 7 to 10 p.m. on first, third and some fifth Sundays. Dances are mainstream on the first Sundays and plus on the third Sundays. New dance classes for beginners are Wednesdays from 7 to 9 p.m. A partner is not required. Happy Hoppers: A fun way to exercise and meet people. The square dance club is hosting mainstream square dance lessons for beginners. Expect upbeat music. Casual dress. Experienced dancers will be there to partner and assist. Singles, couples or families. Classes are 7 to 9 p.m. Mondays at Totem Middle School cafeteria, 1605 Eighth St. NE, Marysville. Hayloft Dance Hall & Event Center: 15320 35th Ave. W., Lynnwood. Pre-ballroom dance classes for ages 4 to 6, 5:30 p.m. Tuesdays. The second Friday country dances are at 7:30 p.m. Cost is $10 for lesson and dance. Fourth Saturday (Oct. 28) variety dance starts with a dance lesson at 7:30 p.m. Cost is $12 for lesson and dance.
