Don’t try this at home with your turkey

Happy Thanksgiving! Since we’re all preoccupied with food today, I thought I’d focus on what not to do with a turkey.

The Food Life blog from the Kitsap Sun offers a goofy take on the theme, posted in two parts on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Those scenarios are all relatively harmless, but turkeys can be dangerous too. A simple search on YouTube turns up plenty of turkey disaster videos. This food blog called Eat Me Daily links to eight fried turkey favorites.
