Menu: Mango and hearts of palm salad with lime vinaigrette; broiled shrimp scampi with tomato rice pilaf and cherry pecan meringues. n Inspired Vegetarian: 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Jan. 18, $40, with The Charmed Radish chef/owner Conni Brownell. Whether you are a committed vegetarian or a die-hard meat eater looking for some healthy side dish and appetizer alternatives, this is the class for you. Menu: Eggplant caponata crostini; quinoa stuffed chilies; savory vegetable pot pie; butternut squash and vegetable sausage baked ziti; roasted vegetable and goat cheese tarts. n Thai Seduction: 5 to 7:30 p.m. Jan. 20, $50. Hands-on, limited to 16, with culinary instructor Pranee Halvorson. Halvorson, a native of Thailand, will teach you how to balance the four primary flavors of sweet, sour, salty and spicy in everyday cooking. This class also will introduce lemongrass, galangal and Kaffir lime.
