Kruckeberg Botanic Garden plant sale: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. May 8, 9 and 10, at the public garden, 20312 15th Ave. NW, Shoreline. Rare and exotic Pacific Northwest native plant species, many of which are only available during this weekend. Parking is limited at the garden site so there’s a free shuttle from Richmond Beach on May 8 and 9 from Congregational Church, 1512 NW 195th St., and on May 10 at Syre Elementary School, 19545 12th Ave. NW. Perennials, flowering and medicinal herbs, potted from botanical garden into organic potting soil. Evergreen Arboretum Gardens of Merit Tour: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. June 20. Gardens from small cottage gardens to large formal gardens.
