I’ve always rather hated chopping onions. They’re kind of slippery, my knife is never sharp enough, and, of course, they make me cry. But the instructional video below is so soothing to watch that it gives me hope I might someday do the job properly. The video may or may not make you better at dicing onions, but I promise you this: It won’t make you cry.
