SE Trim Added To 2025 Honda Accord Lineup

Mid-Size Touring Sedan Hybrid Delivers 46 MPG

One would be hard-pressed to find a better mid-size, four-door sedan than Honda’s Accord.

It may not be flashy, but it delivers value, performance, fuel economy, safety, reliability, and family-pleasing creature comforts. That’s a lot for a model will with selling price less than $30k for the base LX.

Other trims include SE, Sport Hybrid, EX-L Hybrid, Sport L Hybrid, and my top-of-the-line tester, Touring Hybrid that is listed at just under $40k.

Perhaps that’s why Accord is America’s best-selling car of the last five decades. And now hybrid models represent 50 per cent of all Accord sales.

“The Honda Accord is a critical driver of brand loyalty and the new Accord SE brings even more expressive styling and value to Accord that already commands more than 25% of all retail sales in segment,” said Jessika Laudermilk, assistant vice president of Honda Auto Sales. “Accord SE is one more reason that Accord will continue to set the standard for mid-size cars in exceptional value and a sporty driving experience.”

Powered by a 2.0-liter, direct-injection, four-cylinder engine supported by two electric motors, Accord Touring generates 204 horsepower. Linear Shift Control elevates the driving experience by mimicking the vehicle speed-linked rev feel associated with a conventional drivetrain shifting gears under acceleration.

Drivers can seamlessly switch between four selectable drive modes to optimize the Accord driving experience for various conditions. Econ, Normal, and Sport modes feature pre-set performance settings for powertrain response, steering assist level, gauge cluster layout and adaptive cruise-control settings. Hybrid models (Sport, EX-L, Sport-L, Touring) also feature an Individual mode that enables the driver to customize the driving experience.

Best of all, Accord Touring seats up to five adults while providing 46 miles per gallon fuel economy in city driving, and 44 in combined city/highway conditions, as estimated by the EPA. Those numbers make the car your friend whether commuting or on family vacations.

Every 2025 Accord comes with rear air conditioning vents and a pair of rear USB-C ports. All hybrid-electric trims, starting with Accord Sport, add heated front seats and a Qi-compatible 15W wireless phone charger. The top-of-the-line hybrid-electric powered Accord Touring gains a heated steering wheel.

The top-of-the-line hybrid-electric powered Accord Touring leads the way with advanced technology, featuring Google built-in, which includes apps like Google Assistant, Google Maps and more on Google Play for seamless on-the-go connectivity, plus a complimentary three-year unlimited data plan.

Accord Touring also features a customizable six-inch head-up display, a 12-speaker Bose premium audio system with Bose Centerpoint technology, 4G-LTE Wi-Fi Hotspot capability, heated and ventilated front seats, and heated rear outboard seats. Berlina Black 19-inch alloy wheels with machined face are also standard on Touring.

Based on the longstanding Honda “Safety for Everyone” approach, a commitment to advance safety for everyone sharing the road, the 11th-generation Accord is a safety performance leader in the midsize sedan class with advanced active and passive safety technology standard on every Accord.

All 2025 Accords come standard with the Honda Sensing suite of driver-assistive technologies that includes A Collision mitigation braking system, adaptive cruise control with low-speed follow, lane departure warning, lane keeping assist system, traffic jam assist, traffic sign recognition system, forward collision warning and road departure mitigation. Blind spot information system with cross-traffic monitor is also standard on Accord SE and up.
