The food bloggers of the world are conspiring together. They want us all to spend more time in the kitchen, and to gain five pounds in the process. It’ll be worth it. All of the sweet treats are worth some time on the treadmill. Or you could just loosen your belt.
Coconut Milk Fudge. I knew I would be making this recipe the moment I saw the title. I’ve found many great recipes on the Smitten Kitchen, and I know this one won’t let me down. For this recipe, you end up with little caramel like balls that you can roll in various coatings. The little treats could easily be adapted to fit your fancy. Delicious.
The Best Frosting Ever. If you’re going to give frosting a name like that, you better really mean it. I found this on Pioneer Woman’s cooking blog. From long experience, I know to trust her. The recipe is interesting. You start off with milk and flour and go on from there. The end result looks fluffy and fantastic.
Orange Creamsicle Cupcakes. Remember orange creamsicles? Those tasty, melty things that kids enjoy in summer? Well, it’s not quite warm enough for those yet, but you could give the cupcakes a try instead. This recipe is thanks to Not So Humble Pie. She always posts recipes that make me drool.
