Barnes &Noble, 19401 Alderwood Mall Parkway, offers a teen book festival during three days. The event features authors, prizes, games, challenges and writing workshops. Meadowdale High School will be on hand with a BookFair fundraiser.

Edmonds author and Everett Daily Herald columnist Jennifer Bardsley will sign copies and talk about her debut novel, “Genesis Girl: Blank Slate Book 1.” A quick synopsis: Blanca has lived a sheltered life, protected from the internet. Her lack of a digital footprint makes her extremely valuable. When she graduates, she’s auctioned to the highest bidder.
Writers Cooperative of the Pacific Northwest
