This weekend’s NW Bridal Showcase at Tulalip Resort Casino kicks off the wedding show season of events in Western Washington to help plan your special day.
The NW Bridal Showcase continues from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. today in the ballroom (not in the casino) of the resort at 10200 Quil Ceda Blvd. Ages under 16 get in for free.
Here are more shows in January that might reduce that “zilla” factor.
1. Seattle Wedding Show: 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Jan. 14 and 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Jan. 15, Washington State Convention &Trade Center, 705 Pike St., 4th Floor, Seattle. About 400 vendors, including event facilities, bakeries, bridal boutiques, caterers, disc jockeys, florists, jewelers, photographers and wedding consultants. 2. Everett-Lynnwood Wedding Expo: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Jan. 21 and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Jan. 22, Xfinity Arena, 2000 Hewitt Ave., Everett. 3. Weddings in Woodinville: The four-hour tour on Jan. 29 starts at Woodhouse Wine Estates, 15500 Redmond-Woodinville Road NE, Woodinville. A wine-meets-wedding tour with decorated venues. Wedding planners transform each venue and select vendors, including florists, caterers, invitations, linens, lighting, makeup, hair, officiants and musicians to create an example of an ideal wedding day.
