Northwest Foot and Ankle Specialists joins Proliance Surgeons

Northwest Foot and Ankle Specialists has officially joined Proliance Surgeons, adopting the new name Proliance Northwest Foot and Ankle Specialists. This partnership enhances the clinic’s ability to provide expert foot and ankle care while working in direct collaboration with Proliance Surgeons Everett Bone & Joint, further strengthening foot and ankle services in the region.

Known for its patient-centered approach, Northwest Foot and Ankle Specialists offers comprehensive treatment for a wide range of conditions, including bunions, heel pain, arthritis, sports injuries and more. The clinic will continue seeing both existing and new patients from its current location, ensuring uninterrupted care for the Everett community and beyond.

The expert team includes Dr. Gordon S. Nishimoto, DPM, FACFAS, and Dr. Trevor Gatenby, DPM, AACFAS, along with their dedicated support staff.

Dr. Nishimoto, a former Chief Podiatric Resident at Georgetown University Medical Center, has extensive experience in fracture fixation, arthroscopic surgery and complex reconstructive procedures.

Dr. Gatenby, a graduate of the California School of Podiatric Medicine, completed a three-year surgical residency at Scripps Mercy in San Diego, where he received advanced training in trauma, reconstructive surgery and arthroscopic techniques.

Both physicians have conducted and presented clinical research at national conferences and remain committed to delivering the highest standard of foot and ankle care.

By joining forces, Northwest Foot and Ankle Specialists and Proliance Surgeons Everett Bone & Joint create a collaborative partnership that enhances patient care.

Northwest Foot and Ankle Specialists gains access to expanded resources and a broader network of specialists, while Proliance Surgeons Everett Bone & Joint strengthens the expert care provided by Dr. Alexander Higgins, DO, a fellowship-trained foot and ankle orthopedic surgeon, with the addition of these highly skilled podiatric experts.
