About 10,000 people lost power Saturday afternoon after a tree limb fell down on a power line.
Customers in parts of Arlington and Granite Falls were left without power between 4:30 and 6 p.m., Snohomish County PUD spokesman Neil Neroutsos said.
The outage was caused by a part of a tree that fell on a major power line, affecting two substations, Neroutsos said.
