EVERETT — Police are searching for a man who robbed a tanning salon near the Everett Mall on Thursday.
The man robbed The Sundeck tanning center in the 900 block of Everett Mall Way SE, Everett police Lt. Jim Duffy said. The incident happened about 4:20 p.m.
The man flashed a dark-colored handgun and demanded money from employees. He ran out of the store and likely had a vehicle parked nearby, Duffy said.
The suspect is described as a white man in his 20s. He’s about 6 feet 2 inches tall with a medium build. He was wearing a blue beanie-type hat and a light green sweatshirt with yellow lettering.
Investigators are trying to determine if he is the same man who robbed a Lynnwood tanning salon Wednesday.
