LYNNWOOD — Officers arrested a 37-year-old man on felony charges Thursday night after a car chase through Lynnwood and Bothell, police said.
Special operations officers tried to stop the man on an existing felony warrant near 164th St. SW and Larch Way around 7:45 p.m., Lynnwood police said. The man didn’t stop until police flattened his tires in Bothell using spikes. The car crashed into a tree on Riverside Drive, and the driver tried to escape by jumping into a nearby slough.
The Bothell man emerged after being confronted by officers and police dogs, police said. He was booked for investigation of felony eluding and felony drug possession.
