Arlington: $172 to Honey Bucket of Puyallup to rent portable toilets.

$212 to Arlington Airport Manager Rob Putnam for mileage and hotel expenses he incurred while attending a Community Airport Association meeting in Wenatchee.

$6,945 to The Beckwith consulting firm in La Conner for developing a design plan for the 172nd Street reconstruction project.

$13,016 to CWA Consultants of Port Orchard to review plans for a new Wal-Mart at Smokey Point.

$205 to Aaron D. Croom Photography of Arlington for City Council portraits.

Everett: $1.25 million to Hoffman Construction Co. of Portland, Ore., for upgrades to Everett’s sewer plant. The company was awarded a total of $41 million to build an addition to the Smith Island wastewater treatment plant.

$37,800 to the national law firm Davis, Wright, Tremaine for legal services, including work on an agreement on the Sultan River with the Snohomish County PUD.

$108,500 to Kimberly Clark Worldwide for monthly payment services for a land purchase.

$1,712 to MTH Environmental for lead-paint testing at three locations.

Lake Stevens: $780.25 to the Law Offices of Grant Weed of Snohomish for various legal services related to the development and transition of mayors.

$2,777.05 to T-Mobile of Cincinnati for wireless communications.

$4,835.10 to Jack P. Bilsborough of La Conner for engineering services on various road and street projects.

Marysville: $5,844.41 to Fleetwood Financial Corp. of Plainsfield, N.J., for a voice log recorder.

$45.50 to Loews HIW Inc. of Arlington for library duster refills.

$544.50 to Orkin Exterminating of Tukwila for exterminating services for City Hall.

Monroe: $187 to Cadman Inc. of Monroe for the Lake Tye trail.

$526 to East County Senior Center of Monroe for the center’s transportation program.

$64 to Monroe Parts House of Monroe for a battery for a concrete saw.

Snohomish: $15,126 to Berk &Associates, of Seattle, for consultant service for the city’s strategic plan.

$499 to Elite Lock &Safe of Monroe for locks.

$2,382 to Everett Hydraulics of Everett for piston repair.
