Club donates $200 to Camano veterans group

The Camano Island Women’s Republican Club on Oct. 23 presented retired Air Force Col. Tracy Merck with a $200 donation for Camano Chapel’s His Veterans Ministry, which gathers local veterans for Bible study, fellowship and service projects.

Merck also addressed the club and spoke about her time assisting students who wish to attend the U.S. Air Force Academy. She also volunteers helping veterans.
