Snohomish Conservation District: A public meeting on the Conservation District’s proposed five-year special assessment is set for 5 p.m. April 15 at its Lake Stevens offices, 528 91st Ave. NE. The Snohomish Conservation District Board of Supervisors is proposing the reauthorization of the special assessment of $5 per parcel plus $.05 per acre for assessed lands within the District.
