Arlington real estate company Vine Street Group donated an all-terrain vehicle to the Arlington Police Department on Nov. 20. The ATV will be used for community outreach, patrol and emergency response.
Local officers also hope to use the ATV for their Homeless Outreach Team, which seeks to foster relationships with the homeless and those with addictions or mental health issues, many of whom live in remote areas.
