EVERETT — After a two-hour standoff south of Everett, Snohomish County sheriff’s deputies arrested a woman Tuesday for investigation of first-degree assault and felony harassment.
Just before 9 a.m., deputies responded to reports of domestic violence in the 11600 block of 11th Place W, according to the sheriff’s office. A woman, 37, was armed with a knife.
Deputies “safely removed” a man from the home who suffered minor injuries, sheriff’s office spokesperson Courtney O’Keefe said. After two hours, the woman opened the door and talked with deputies before surrendering.
