EVERETT – A Marysville man was arrested after reportedly leading officers on a one-mile chase through north Everett before driving off the road.
The man reportedly didn’t pull over when instructed by a Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office about 7:30 p.m. Friday in the 2700 block of Marine View Drive, sheriff’s office Bureau Chief Kevin Prentiss said.
About a mile north, the man’s car collided with another vehicle and ran off the road, Prentiss said.
The man was airlifted to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle because a fence post impaled his leg in the accident, Prentiss said. His passenger, a woman, was treated for minor injuries at a local hospital.
People in the other vehicle were not injured, Prentiss said.
The man was wanted on several outstanding felony and misdemeanor warrants.
