EVERETT — The Rotary Park Boat Launch and parking lot in the Lowell Neighborhood remains closed until further notice.
The Everett Parks Department closed the boat launch and parking lot because recent flooding filled the area with mud and sand.
The boat launch will remain closed until the level of the river bed returns to a more normal state and boats can be launched safely.
Meanwhile, boaters can still get access to the Snohomish River from public boat launches at Langus Riverfront Park, 400 Smith Island Road, or the 10th Street Marina Park, 10th Street and W. Marine View Drive in Everett.
