EVERETT — Everett High School was placed in lockdown for a short time Monday while police investigated a fight among four students.
No one was hurt and no arrests were made, Everett police Sgt. John DeRousse said.
A report will be forwarded to Snohomish County prosecutors to determine if assault charges are warranted for the boys who were involved, he said.
The fistfight started just after noon at the school. Police believe the boys were fighting about a girl, DeRousse said.
Police do not believe the fight was related race problems or gangs. No weapons were used.
