Fire at park in Edmonds deemed arson

EDMONDS — A fire at Edmonds City Park early Wednesday morning has been ruled an arson.

Edmonds police are hoping to speak with anyone who may have been in the area around 1:30 a.m., when the fire was reported.

A storage building and a flat-bed truck were heavily damaged in the fire at 600 Third Ave. S., according to Snohomish County Fire District 1. The truck was parked near the storage shed. No one was hurt.
