PORTLAND, Ore. — A building owned by a Portland group that provides counseling for grieving children and their families has suffered major damage in a fire. Center officials say it was the third fire there in recent months, although the first two weren’t so serious.
The blaze burned the main building among three of the Dougy Center. It broke out Sunday night.
An official says the center is supported by foundations and serves more than 300 families a year.
Fire officials say they haven’t determined the cause of the fire.
