EDMONDS — A Sunday night fire caused $140,000 worth of damage to an Edmonds home, authorities said.
The fire also displaced two residents of the two-story home in the 22100 block of 92nd Avenue West, according to South County Fire.
The fire was reported at 8:13 p.m. When firefighters arrived, the house was engulfed, according to fire officials. A man and his adult son were safely outside.
It reportedly took more than an hour to get the fire under control, with the help of the Shoreline Fire Department. No one was injured.
Investigators determined the fire was likely an accident. The investigation remained ongoing Monday, according to South County Fire.
