INDEX — A gunshot victim walked alone into the fire station here Sunday afternoon — and was taken to a veterinarian, said Jan Jorgensen, Snohomish County Sheriff’s office spokeswoman.
Deputies responding to the 911 call found a wounded dog at Snohomish County Fire District 28.
Jorgensen said the sheriff’s office had no information on who shot the dog or why, or how it happened to come to the station.
