LYNNWOOD — The victim of a two-vehicle suspected DUI collision late Monday night was identified by the Washington State Patrol as Sonja Cooper.

The Seattle woman was 35.

She was a passenger in a 1990 Toyota Corolla around 10:19 p.m. heading south on Highway 99 when the car crossed a concrete divider into oncoming traffic near Highway 525. The Corolla, driven by an Marysville man, 31, struck a Toyota RAV4 SUV on the Corolla’s passenger side, where Cooper was.
