Suspect In Kenmore Hit-Run Reported Body
SEATTLE — The woman accused of running down a pedestrian at Kenmore is the same person who said she found the body while walking her dog.
The King County prosecutor’s office says 24-year-old Sydney Jones of Kenmore turned herself in Monday at Kenmore City Hall.
A judge set bail for her Tuesday at $25,000 while a hit-and-run case is investigated.
The accident killed 31-year-old Joseph Humphreys of Kenmore. The driver left, but Jones walked back to the scene with her dog early Monday and reported finding the body.
