BREMERTON — A Kitsap County couple fed up with speeders on their road between Seabeck and Bremerton has put up their own traffic sign.
It’s a 4-by-4 piece of plywood, lit up with Christmas tree lights, that reminds drivers of the 35 mph limit.
Jack and Kathy Stanfill told Kitsap Sun they’re frustrated by what they see as the county’s slow response to requests for safety improvements.
