SALEM, Ore. — Gov. John Kitzhaber has selected a Portland attorney to fill a vacancy on the Oregon Court of Appeals.
Kitzhaber’s office said Thursday that Meagan A. Flynn is the governor’s choice to replace retiring judge Robert Wollheim.
Flynn began her legal career working on personal injury and employment disputes, and has more recently specialized in appellate cases in state and federal courts. She’s a partner in the firm Preston Bunnell &Flynn.
Flynn graduated from Willamette University with a degree in philosophy and political science before earning a law degree from Gonzaga University.
