Pritchard has volunteered in the Arlington community since 1988. She’s currently a volunteer at Arlington Health and Rehabilitation, helping each week with bingo and updating bulletin boards. She also assists with the monthly horticultural activities in the facility that are presented by the Arlington Garden Club.

She has always been an advocate for the mentally ill and the homeless. Every year Pritchard assists with the annual count for homeless people in Snohomish County.
