SPOKANE — Washington state troopers say a boat ended up not only out of water but blocking a westbound lane of Interstate 90 just before the Thursday afternoon rush hour in the Spokane area.
The Spokesman-Review said troopers report that a truck was hauling the boat westbound when the trailer began fishtailing just east of Liberty Lake. The luxury boat and trailer then flipped over, blocking the left lane of westbound traffic.
Troopers said the distraction factor also backed up eastbound traffic for about six miles.
