MILL CREEK — A Lake Stevens man was arrested after allegedly fleeing and shooting at deputies Saturday night.
Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office deputies pursued the man, 40, who allegedly shot at them, the sheriff’s office said.
He then ditched the vehicle he was driving and ran away near the 1800 block of Mill Pointe Drive in Mill Creek.
A homeowner called 911 after the man was found in a garage. Deputies arrested him for investigation of eluding and assault.
There were no injuries.
