MOUNTLAKE TERRACE — Police in Mountlake Terrace were looking for a man suspected in a bank robbery.
The robbery was reported about 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at HomeStreet Bank near the intersection of 220th Street SW and 66th Avenue W., Mountlake Terrace police Cmdr. Doug Hansen said.
The man passed a bank employee a note implying that he had a gun, Hansen said. The man was last seen running from the bank on 66th.
The suspect is described as a black man in his 20s who was wearing a white baseball cap and a fluorescent green jacket, possibly with paint splatter on it or a paint splatter pattern, Hansen said.
Police on Tuesday night were working to find pictures or video from the robbery.
