ARLINGTON — A man had life-threatening injuries after a car hit him Sunday night on Smokey Point Boulevard.
Around around 7:30 p.m., the man, 50, reportedly tried crossing the road in the 17300 block where there is no crosswalk, according to the Arlington Police Department.
After the vehicle struck him, the pedestrian was airlifted to a hospital. The driver spoke with investigators, and police did not believe impairment was a factor.
Police are seeking witnesses to the incident, who can call 425-407-3999 or 911.
