LONGVIEW — A man was apparently climbing over a fence in Longview when he slipped and was impaled on a metal post.
A homeowner found the body Monday of the 26-year-old Longview man, James Lee Foster.
Police don’t know why he was climbing over the wire fence but think he may have slipped because it was wet from rain.
