BOTHELL — A man who was shot and killed near Filbert Road last week has been identified as Ryan D. Osborne, 36.
His death was ruled a homicide, the Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office reported Tuesday.
A Seattle man, 22, is being held on suspicion of second-degree murder. His bail was set at $1 million.
The shooting occurred Friday afternoon outside the victim’s home along 198th Place SE, in unincorporated Bothell.
The two men apparently were strangers who had a mutual friend. Sheriff’s detectives allege that heroin was a factor in the killing.
