MARYSVILLE — A 30-year-old Marysville man was shot Wednesday night in a suspected drug robbery, police said. His injuries were not believed to be life-threatening.
At least two suspects arrived at the man’s apartment around 9:30 p.m. Wednesday near the 5300 block of 97th Street NE, Marysville detectives reported. The man was shot once in his left hand. He was taken to Providence Regional Medical Center Everett.
Police believe the suspects fled in a car on 51st Avenue NE. They were reportedly armed with guns.
Detectives asked neighbors to share video they might have from between 8:45 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Wednesday to assist in the investigation. People with information can contact Marysville police at 360-363-8350.
