MILL CREEK — The bad news is that some ugly and complicated closures are again coming to the Bothell-Everett Highway in Mill Creek this weekend and early next week.
The good news is that you can sit at home and watch it on your computer.
The state Department of Transportation is again warning drivers of some complicated closures along the route as the widening work continues this weekend. Various closures will start this morning and continue through Wednesday.
In the southbound direction, all lanes on the Bothell-Everett Highway between Dumas Road and 132nd Avenue SE will be closed 6 a.m.-9 p.m. One southbound lane will be open 6-8 a.m. Monday through Wednesday.
Northbound, one lane will remain open during construction, except 6-8 a.m. during weekday-morning commute hours, when southbound traffic will use the lane.
Businesses on the Bothell-Everett Highway between Dumas Road and 132nd Avenue SE will be open.
To give drivers advance notice, the Transportation Department has set up two temporary Web cameras along the Bothell-Everett Highway, one at 132 Avenue SE and the other at Mill Creek Boulevard.
