If you’ve heard that early voters can get their ballots back to make changes, it’s not going to happen here.
The 33 percent of registered Snohomish County voters whose ballots had arrived by Friday at the Snohomish County elections office can’t make changes.
Snohomish County Auditor Carolyn Weikel, County Elections Manager Garth Fell and the Washington Secretary of State’s communications director all say that once a ballot arrives it’s mixed in with others; so officials have no way of finding it.
