Everett City Council meeting, 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, city council chambers, 3002 Wetmore Ave., Everett. The council is scheduled to vote on a $706,000 contract with American Process Group Inc. of Alberta Canada to dredge, dewater and manage 4,000 dry tons of biosolids from the city’s sewer treatment plant.
Granite Falls City Council, 7 p.m. Wednesday, Council Chambers, 206 S. Granite Ave. Business licenses, appointment of planning commissioners and a sign ordinance are among the agenda items.
Lake Stevens Planning Commission, 7 p.m. Wednesday, Community Senior Center, 1808 Main St. Downtown redevelopment, land-use plans for south of the city and fire station design review are on the agenda.
Snohomish County Hearing Examiner, 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Wednesday, first floor meeting room, 3000 Rockefeller Ave., Everett. Two public hearings are planned regarding the health effects of a proposal to build AM radio towers in the Snohomish River Valley.
