MUKILTEO – Detectives are looking for a man who held up a Mukilteo pharmacy Monday demanding prescription narcotics.
The man walked up just after 3 p.m. to the counter at the Walgreens pharmacy in the 10200 block of the Mukilteo Speedway, Mukilteo police detective Lance Smith said.
He had a large, silver-colored semi-automatic handgun, Smith said.
“He wanted narcotics, he got narcotics,” he said.
The man ran off and the store manager ran after him.
Police were unable to catch the suspect, described as white in his mid-20s.
Detectives are reviewing surveillance video.
Anyone with information is asked to call Mukilteo police at 425-263-8107.
