SNOHOMISH – An 18-year-old man was stabbed in Snohomish on Sunday evening, police said.
His injuries were “not critical” and he was taken to an undisclosed hospital, Snohomish police cadet Dawn Davis said.
Two white females were still being sought Sunday night in connection with the incident, Davis said.
The incident took place in the 1100 block of Pine Avenue about 8 p.m., she said.
The motive for the stabbing was unknown on Sunday, Davis said.
No other information was available.
Sedro-Woolley: Two injured on Highway 9
An Arlington woman was injured when her car crossed the centerline on Highway 9 near Sedro-Woolley on Sunday and collided with another car, according to the Washington State Patrol.
Lori D. Stach, 49, was taken to Skagit Valley Hospital in Mount Vernon following the accident, reported at 2:54 p.m. She was in stable condition Sunday.
Beverly J. Riesland, 49, of Sedro-Woolley was driving the other car and also was taken to Skagit Valley Hospital. She was in serious condition Sunday.
Another driver who swerved off the road to avoid the collision, a 22-year-old Portland, Ore. woman, was not injured.
The cause of the accident was under investigation Sunday.
