BOTHELL — Police have arrested a woman in connection with two armed robberies near Bothell that occurred on the same night this week.
She was arrested at her home where police found a handgun and other evidence of the robberies, according to the Bothell Police Department.
On Monday, the woman entered a 76 gas station in the 20700 block of Bothell Everett Highway, according to the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office. Security footage showed her aim a dark handgun gun at a clerk. She fled in a silver convertible car shortly after 9:25 p.m.
Another gas station was robbed about 20 minutes later, just one mile south at Thrasher’s Corner. Deputies suspect it was the same woman.
Detectives were able to track down the woman based on her car, a 2008 Mercedes Benz.
