WOODBURN, Ore. — Oregon State Police say they’re trying to identify a young woman whose body has been found along Interstate 5 just north of Woodburn.
Police said only that she showed signs of injury, and the cause of death hadn’t been determined. An autopsy is to be scheduled.
The police said the woman was white, in her late teens or early 20s, about 5 feet tall and 100-115 pounds, with shoulder-length brown hair and blue eyes. She was wearing black jeans, a T-shirt, a hooded sweat shirt and hiking boots.
The body was found after 5 a.m. Friday about a mile north of Woodburn. It was along the grass line to the east of the northbound lanes.
